I - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of these rules is to determine the rules that participants in the Clin d'Oeil festival must respect, for their comfort and safety, and for the smooth running of the event.
The purchase of a ticket to the festival implies acceptance of these rules and regulations for the Clin d'œil festival, organised by the CinéSourds association in Reims.
Tickets are non-refundable.
II - ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL AND WELCOME
Article 2 - Authorised public
This event is open to :
● minors aged 16 and over ;
● minors under the age of 16 who must be accompanied by an adult under their own responsibility.
The organisers reserve the right to ask for proof of identity at any time.
Festival-goers must always carry an entry ticket, or their valid e-ticket with their full name as described on their ID, in order to enter the festival grounds.
Article 3 - Entering and leaving the festival
Entry to the festival site is by ticket control and security check.
Anyone arriving without a ticket to enter the festival on the day in question will be able to purchase one at the various entrances to the site.
Anyone refusing to undergo the security check will be refused entry.
A queue reserved for e-ticket holders will be set up for smoother access.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We remind you that tickets bought on unofficial websites do not guarantee you access to the festival.
ENTRY TO AND EXIT FROM THE FESTIVAL IS AUTHORISED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE SECURITY TEAM.
ANY EXIT AFTER 10PM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS DEFINITIVE.
Article 4 - Access for people with reduced mobility
Appropriate facilities have been set up on the festival site for the reception and access of people with reduced mobility.
Access to the festival is authorised for assistance dogs.
Article 5 - Food and refreshment areas
Food and drinks outlets are available to festival-goers within the festival grounds, payment by cashless only.
The supplier of alcoholic beverages may require the customer to show proof of age, in particular by presenting an identity document. It is forbidden to offer alcohol, even free of charge, to minors.
The sale of drinks and foodstuffs within the festival enclosure is forbidden to any person who has not been duly authorised by the Festival Organisation.
III - SAFETY
Article 6 - Security checks
For security reasons, the Festival Organisers reserve the right to carry out pat-downs at the entrance, as well as systematic bag searches to ensure that no festival-goer enters the festival enclosure with prohibited items (see list in Article 8).
Article 7 - Prevention
A Civil Protection stand will be set up and signposted
on the festival site.
We advise festival-goers to wear earplugs during the concerts to protect themselves from any noise pollution.
In the event of discomfort or accidents, anyone witnessing discomfort, accidents or inappropriate behaviour is asked to report it as soon as possible to a member of the festival: organiser, volunteer or security guard or to the Civil Protection personnel.
Article 8 - Restrictions and penalties
It is forbidden to enter the festival site under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Smoking is prohibited in all tents and marquees. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided.
The following are strictly forbidden on the festival site: illegal substances, sharp, blunt or dangerous objects, weapons, fireworks, cans, bottles and glass objects, bulky objects, bulky bags, non-category animals (except assistance dogs), etc. This list is not exhaustive and may be added to with immediate effect on site, without having been posted or communicated in advance.
Any person in possession of one or more of these objects will be refused access to the festival.
Any person found to be inebriated on the site will be turned away from the festival.
It is strictly forbidden to urinate in the public space or on the festival site, except in the free toilets provided for this purpose.
It is strictly forbidden to distribute flyers or promotional, political or religious leaflets within the festival grounds, or to beg, subscribe or collect signatures, except from partner associations.
Only service providers duly authorised by the organiser have the right to sell on the festival site.
Any threat, abuse, discrimination, physical, moral or sexual harassment or other aggressive or proselytising behaviour will not be tolerated on the festival site and may result in permanent expulsion.
Festival-goers must dress decently. Clothing that discriminates, incites hatred or is controversial because of ethnicity, race, religion or political affinity will not be tolerated.
If a festival-goer is wearing such clothing, he or she will be removed from the festival grounds by a security guard.
Vehicle access is not permitted, except for emergency vehicles.
Access to the site is forbidden to two-wheelers.
Scooters are not permitted inside the site.
Article 9 - Conduct in the event of evacuation
In the event of a major incident endangering the safety of festival-goers and staff within the festival perimeter, such as a weather risk, major technical problem, fire or bomb threat, the evacuation of the said perimeter will be triggered by an order given over the microphone and broadcast on video.
To ensure that the evacuation is carried out in the safest possible conditions and as quickly as possible, those present on the site must immediately and calmly move towards the emergency exits provided for this purpose and be guided out by the security team.
IV - RESPONSIBILITIES OF FESTIVAL-GOERS
Article 10 - Obligations
Festival-goers are obliged to follow the safety instructions and directions given by the security staff at all times during the festival.
Festival-goers who fail to comply with the festival's internal regulations, as well as the terms and conditions of sale, will be refused entry to the festival or turned away from the festival grounds. In addition, there will be no refund of the admission ticket or any other charges.
Any use of the electrical network installed for the occasion is prohibited for anyone other than duly authorised personnel.
It is strictly forbidden to damage the installations and infrastructure provided.
Article 11 - Damage
All persons entering the festival do so at their own risk. The Festival Organisation declines all responsibility for damage, which may arise directly or indirectly from acts or omissions of the Festival Organisation, the organising staff, or any person hired for the festival, or of a third party, during the time spent inside the festival, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence.
The Festival Organisation declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft within the festival site.
Article 12 - Respect for the environment
In order to respect the environment, we ask you not to throw your rubbish (glasses, cigarette ends, paper, etc.) on the ground, and to keep the site clean. A waste management system has been set up by the festival and is indicated on the site.
IV - RECORDING AND BROADCASTING CONDITIONS AND IMAGE RIGHTS
Article 13 - Professional recording
It is not permitted to use professional equipment to record any video or music from the festival without the written agreement of the Festival Organisation.
Article 14 - Promotional broadcasting
It is forbidden to disseminate, share or distribute festival promotional material without the written agreement of the Festival Organisation.
Article 15 - Photographs and accreditation
Photographs may be taken without permission, provided that no professional equipment is used, in which case you will need to apply for accreditation.
Article 16 - Image rights
The Festival Organisation informs you that the event will be filmed and photographed. You expressly acknowledge that your image may be used in the production of visual and audiovisual programmes and reports for the purpose of promoting the event, by any means and in any format, without restriction as to time or place.
V - MODIFICATION - CANCELLATION
Article 17 - Modification of the programme
The artistic programme and activities on offer may change at any time in the event of cancellation, even at the last minute, by an artist for which the Festival Organisation is not responsible. In this case, the ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.
Article 18 - Cancellation
The association reserves the right to cancel the festival in the event of a major problem beyond its control. No claim for refund will be accepted.
