Conditions

Mission:

Grouped by theme (theater, circus, video or dance), these young people will participate in workshops supervised by you and a deaf professional in the discipline. The rest of the time, you will be their hosts and help them create their show presented at the end of the festival. (Program of workshops for children and teenagers to come)

Young people accommodated:

Any nationality knowing how to sign and aged: 6 to 8 years / 9 to 11 years / 12 to 14 years / 15 to 17 years
Deaf or hearing children or adolescents practicing sign language.

Support for the festival:

• Pay 250 euros net
• Support by the festival for accommodation from Wednesday to Monday and meals from Wednesday evening until Monday morning.
• Transport costs: reimbursement of up to 100 euros, with receipts.

Wednesday July 3, 2024:

• Arrival of the activity leaders, at 2 p.m. at the international residence center (CIS), Chaussée Bocquaine 51100 Reims
• Meeting at 3 p.m. at the CIS

Thursday July 4, 2024 to Sunday July 7, 2024:

• Arrival of young people, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. opposite the Clin d'Oeil Village
• Departure of young people, at 8:30 p.m. opposite the Clin d'Oeil Village

• Leaders' review meeting, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at CIS
• Departure of the activity leaders, from 12 p.m. noon

Accommodation:

The organizer authorizes the association to use the photos, recordings, extracts made during the execution of his missions. This clause involves transfer of the right of the image of the animator to the benefit of the association.
