Since 2005, the youth holds a very important place within the festival with its educational and artistic workshops around very varied disciplines proposed by professional artists (dance, theater, mime, clownery, etc.).
These multicultural and multilingual workshops will be accessible for children from the age of 6 to 14 years old.
Parents can drop off their child each morning at the “Jeunesse” mini village, which will be located in the Clin d'Oeil Village, and collect them at the end of the afternoon.
Young people, like adults, will benefit from the artistic program of shows, street shows and entertainment throughout the Festival.
We know that year-round extracurricular activities are very rarely accessible to deaf children. And yet art and culture are part of the development and fulfillment from childhood through adolescence.
This is why, the Festival has filled this gap and has offered, since 2005, an educational and artistic program thanks to professionals in the performing arts : danse, théâtre, mime, comédie, graffiti, slam etc... They all come from different countries which makes these workshops multicultural and multilingual.
